Add From header to account templates

This patch enables setting the From header override option in account
templates, as it is in folder templates.

This is meant to address use cases such as bug #2168, #2080, and discussions
had in IRC, so that a user can set the From header of a message reply based on
the To header of the quoted message, by using %t for the account's reply
template From override. The From override is also enabled for composing new
messages, so that a user may set a From address dynamically.
