[Users] Is this really a list for users, or rather for programmers?

"why reply at all?", you're asking, steve.
The answer is: Interest in Free Software is still growing and it would
be good to offer something to the ordinary people out there (btw, we
are the vast majority) that pulls them into the scene and doesn't
scare them. A list called "Users" sounds welcoming and makes sense for
users that are new to a program, even more so if it's a non-commercial
project. Coders on a Users list make sense, but not the other way round.
