Hi Paul,

This gets reported a lot...  so.... :)

I had a quick look and would offer this suggestion:
When the user types just the first character into this 2nd field, CM
immediately brings up a 3rd row which usually triggers the scroll bar
because of the default(?) recipient area height. 

I was about to suggest: Why not wait until the user has hit Enter before
adding the next one? But quickly realized this has its own issues...  :(

Can the recipient area be defaulted/auto-sized to accommodate 3 entries
before adding the scroll bar?  It's the sudden "disappearance" of the
first entry that confuses...
