[Users] [Bug candidate] Invalid window focus issue after modifying account settings

Hi Paul,
Not doing any change in the account makes the focus to behave
differently.
I don't see why it would reload the select Email in one case and
not in another.
I don't see the logic, I am editing an account setting and I get a
prompt for something in the background.
