I tried to find a way to compose a message from a template using a
button or keystroke, but it seems there's no way.  You have to
compose a new message, then go to Tools -> Template in the compose
window, and pick your template from there.

However, if instead of a template, you make a file on disk, you can use
the --compose-from-file action on the claws-mail command line, which
you can then bind to an Action and a toolbar button.

It really feels like there should be a better way, but this works!
