[Users] Templates

Hi,

I have 3.11.1 on xUbuntu. I have 2 emails, they are always the same
email, that I send to a dozen person a day.

We spoke over the phone and now I send them the instructions.

I have made 2 templates, I'd like to make an icon in the toolbar,
click then it would open the compose window with that message. 

Can't find how to do it.
