Hi,

There's an accelerator (Ctrl-T) for toggling the threaded mode on or off, so
there's no need to take hands off the keyboard for that.

Also, we won't change the default view to non-threaded, because we're
developing a respectable MUA here and people expect respectable MUAs to thread
their conversations.
