[Users] TLS configuration per account

Hello:

I am configuring my mail account in Claws mail and I would like to use
TLS but not StartTLS. I cannot seem to find any documentation about
this on the Claws wikipage, though I see a mention of a hidden
configuration for gnutls priority on the news page
(http://www.claws-mail.org/news.php).

Is this something I can use on the accountsrc to configure my
connection to the server with TLS support?

If so, how is the option added?
