[Users] 3.11.1 new feeds not marked or appearing

Alas, I didn't back up my feeds from 3.10, but this is how I got it
working: 

Save the opml somewhere.

With CM open, delete the first child folder (mine calls itself, with a
childish attention-seeking shout, "FEEDS").

Right click on the parent folder ("My Feeds") and import an opml file.

Everything seems to be OK now.
