[Users] Debian upgrade to clamav is borked

There was an upgrade for Debian/unstable involving clamav components.
I happened to install the upgrade before someone else filed a bug
report on this update.

I manually patched the freshclam and clamd conf files, but it seems
like claws isn't happy with what I did.

The 2 man pages for those config files are out of date, all kinds of
parameters not listed.
