kio and dbus is not a requirement for claws and no features in claws
requires either - maybe the integration with network-manager is an
exception but since I am not using this feature I can really tell.
In fact claws is a pure GTK+ application so either Gnome or KDE is a
requirement and claws works equally well on either as well as XFCE and
LXDE.
