[Users] Claws, and dbus/kio/...

I believe claws is independent, and is not being pressured into using
facilities such as dbus (I believe kio is the KDE version of that).

Is the use of these external facilities optional and/or advisory, and
not required?

I am not a big user of either Gnome or KDE, and I am trying to reduce
my cross section to all these things that have been left behind, having
once had both installed to some extent.
