[Users] Digital rights charter

Hi all,

Sorry if I am bit off-topic but I think members of this list in general
favors digital rights, free software and a free internet.

If that is the case and you live in a country which is member of the EU
the EDRi (European Digital Rights) has made a digital charter asking EU
candidates to sign this charter and making the list of candidates
available at this site: http://www.wepromise.eu
