[Users] Claws new mail sound notification

G'day Paul,
          thanks for you reply, actually I configured  the Popup
          Banner to last for 10 seconds and the command delay to 20
          secs. and all is well.
The  sound is a single string tub Bass and Banjo, I never get sick of
hearing it (LUCKILY)
