A minor quibble: I don't think "defaulting" replies is a fitting term.
If you don't like "munging", a better term would be "redirecting".  It
is not "defaulting" because it's not something the list members can
change; the header gets inserted no matter what they do, and in fact
_overrides_ whatever other Reply-To they insert themselves.
