[Users] Sig delimiter not honoured when replying to news groups?

Hi CM gurus,

Using CM 3.9.1 Lubuntu 13.04, for newsgroups only.

When replying to all of a message (Ctrl R) the displayed reply to text
shows the signature as well, even though defined by the usual sig
delimiter (--  that is dash dash space).

Is there a setting somewhere for this?
