[Users] Stop jumping to next unread message after moving current message

I have also discovered that clicking the "Get Mail" button while in
my inbox also causes the selection to jump to the oldest unread message
in the folder, but only when a new message actually arrives, so I have
to scroll a long way down to see the new message.
