I don't use IMAP, so have not had any experience with the way it behaves
regarding email address choice, but I think it's probably an IMAP vs POP
thing, rather than a setting as CM has setting s for auto account
selection for Reply, Forward and Re-edit, but not Compose.  At least,
AFAICT.
