[Users] Conditional filtering

Hi,

I have some filters which process attachments (archives from FAX
machine), then move the message to an appropriate folder. 

There is no way to further refine the filtering, so I have to manually
review the attachments to determine which sub-folder to post these archive
messages to (project or individual).  

Occasionally, I need to reprocess a message, so I select it and use
"Tools->Filter selected messages".  The problem is that the filter
actions look like this:

  execute "<path>fax_extract -d <type> %F" mark move "<path>/<type>"

which causes the message to get dumped back into the intermediate
auto-filtered folder...  then I have to find it and move it back.

Would it be a feasible enhancement request to have conditional filtering
where certain actions could be flagged as "Execute this action only on
initial receipt" (inbox).

Or maybe a new action: "Stop if not Inbox"...? Or...?
