[Users] change order off top-level folders

I want to change the order of my top-level folders under an
account/mailbox.

For example:
 mail at mail.op
  + inbox
  + queue
  + drafts
  + trash
  + folder A
  + folder B
  + folder C

should be

 mail at mail.op
  + inbox
  + queue
  + drafts
  + trash
  + folder C
  + folder A
  + folder B

and much better would be

 mail at mail.op
  + inbox
  + folder C
  + folder A
  + folder B
  + queue
  + drafts
  + trash

How can I change that?
