I'm sorry but from your description we fail to understand where the problem is,
and without being able to reproduce the problem will be very difficult to fix
it.

Could you post a detailed list of the steps required to make this bug appear
from the very beginning? (menu options selected, every action performed in the
interface, and so on).

It may be long, but don't worry, we cannot see your screen and we must be able
to reproduce the problem from your list, so don't omit anything.
