[Users] Could claws-mail be multi-threaded?

Well, disable the send dialog sure helps. But how about fetching mails?
And, maybe this is not a same subject, why I cannot see any new mails until
all mails were downloaded. I think more user friendly way is to add one by
one, a growing list.
