[Users] Opening link in Firefox

Minimized all firefox windows, and clicked a link in CM3.8.0cvs26 -- last
_used_ window (not last minimized) on another desktop opened to new tab
with expected content.  I've never seen the reported problem.

My system is x86_64 Mageia 1 based, manually updated with Linux kernel
3.2.9 and firefox 14.0a1 Nightly[1].   CM is set to:
    /home/pfortin/Downloads/firefox/firefox '%s'

I have another instance of CM running under a different userid, and the
exact same setting (both users in same group) starts a new firefox with
expected link...
