[Users] Query about filtering and matcherrc

I am about to move (upgrade ?) from Kmail to Claws, so that I can get finally 
rid of the bloatware KDE has become on my Linux (Mageia 1) box.

The problem I face is that I need to transfer all (>100) the existing filter 
rules from one to the other; doing it through the GUI does not seem the most 
efficient way and I plan to cut and paste between kmailrc and matcherrc.

To this end, I would like to see the tech specs of matcherrc, for information 
on the exact syntax that can be used, whether there is a max line length for 
an entry, etc. but have been unable to find that information.

Is it available somewhere on the net ?
