In addition, you can copy your setup, mail accounts, etc. by copying
~/.claws-mail. As Mr. Vitullo indicated, preserve times and ownerships.

I do this routinely between my desktop and laptops with unison. The
setup file for unison on the laptops is:

  root = /home/charles/.claws-mail
  root = ssh://charles@dzur//home/charles/.claws-mail

  times = true

Similarly for ~/Mail.

This is not the first time we have answered this question or a similar
one. Is it becoming a FAQ?
