[Users] Filtering on language

Hi,

I get a lot of spam in Russian. In anyway, I think since I can't read
Russian.

It's mailed from a form so:

That's from the header

That's within the body of the message.

Is there a way of filtering on a specific language or any
language that that is not English or French be sent to the trash?
