[Users] Display email in HTML email from selected senders

Is it possible for all mail from a certain address to be displayed as
HTML by default, but retaining text only for all other mail?

A newsletter I subscribe to has changed the way it sends email and
unfortunately the text version appears completely blank, and I can
only read it by clicking on the text/html button on the RH side of the
message pane. Which is a pain :)
