Well here is another try with patches... I added checkbox for popup
notification configuration dialog, named "Notify on unread also", and now this
becomes configurable. It's analogous with banner notification and urgent stuff
(there are similar checkboxes on those dialogues, without folder selection).
What's left wrong in the patch is that the command notification will seem to
get Unread messages now. This can be fixed adding similar checkbox there. So if
this is right way I can follow up with this patch after your review.
