[Users] partially retrieved messaged deleted from server

Hello,

I have set one of my account to received not more than 1024 KB.
As a result I get some mail which says

This message has been partially retrieved
and deleted from Server
````````````````````

Is there any option to download the rest of the message body,
and then mark it for deletion from server ?

It is CM 3.7.10
