Thanks again for your patches. They're really big and I want to get some time
to be able to give them the attention they deserve, that's why they didn't land
in CVS yet.

Concerning the trees, you'll see that most of them are already ported to the
new APIs, and only the most difficult ones are left, FolderView and SummaryView
:)

Concerning Makefile magic, I don't really know if that would be really
difficult, but if I were you, I'd keep that for the last part - normally, all
of the porting should be usable on gtk2, so then it'll just be some
PKG_CHECK_MODULES voodoo to make it work on either version.
