step 3: porting guide passed (untested)

First round of Gtk-3.0 porting.

Open to others:
- excluded GtkCMOptionMenu & GtkSHRuler for gtk3
Feel free to port!

Noticed:
- ssl_manager already uses GtkTreeView

Questions:
- I wonder about the Makefile magic for gtk2 / gtk3
- I will try to port the Trees to GtkTreeView; ideas; alternatives available?
I am open for any help ...
