[Translators] schedule for the next release

Hi,

The next release will take place on Sunday 3rd April.

I will again be releasing both the gtk2 and gtk3 versions of Claws Mail on
this date.

Please get all your translation updates to me, at
translations at thewildbeast.co.uk, by the end of Saturday 2nd (UTC).

Please do let me know if you are intending to submit an update.

I will make the updated claws-mail.pot's available for those that need them on
Sunday 27th March (when we enter "string freeze").
