[Translators] How to translate Face?

Hi all,

I have a question, what is Face and how did you translated it to other
languages?

Example message:

#: src/prefs_message.c:135
msgid "Save Face in address book if possible"


Is it literal someone face like avatar? Or something more technical? In GNU
Emacs there are faces but I don't thing there are good translation for them.

So should I use English word Face in translation or should I translate it
literally?
