[Translators] future German translation

To your knowledge: It is quite likely that I won't answer to future
translation update requests due to travelling I hopefully will start in
summer.
I sent a mail to Paul to create a fallback possibility but this may be
not too reliable due to my absence.

If someone volunteers to continue the German translation I'd gladly
resign.
