[Translators] claws-win32-installer.git Russian language issue + update

Hi,

I got email from Claws Mail user about Russian language issue with new
version 1.13.1 release on Windows (installer issue).
Looks like [claws-win32-installer.git] / src / sections-installer.nsi
should be corrected with lines (lines should be added):

SetOutPath "$INSTDIR\share\locale\ru\LC_MESSAGES"
File ${prefix}/share/locale/ru/LC_MESSAGES/claws-mail.mo

Could be more corrections need in other files. Russian language works
fine on Windows, if user put claws-mail.mo (ru)
into ..\share\locale\ru\LC_MESSAGES manually.


I also attached updated ru.po file for claws-win32-installer.git, could
you please update it?
