In new compose window (cursor in To: text area), up/down arrows allow switching
between {{To:,Cc:,Bcc:},,From:,Subject:} text areas, and this is fine.

However, one extra up arrow moves the focus LEFT into the account [drop-down]
selector where it get trapped where it now changes sending account. 

Please remove the account selector from the up/down arrow scope -- the intent
of up/down seems to be to move vertically between "text" areas, not sideways
into selectors.
