Thanks! Attaching the updated patches. Compared to the first set of
patches,

 - The User-Agent change is dropped (thanks wwp for extending the
   effort to create a user interface for the setting!);
 - The patches apply cleanly on current master;
 - RSSyl's copy_private_data() now properly copies the saved headers
   (something I previously didn't notice was important);
 - When a feed update results in a 4xx or 5xx error code with the
   Retry-After: header specified, RSSyl will skip automatic updates
   for that feed until the specified amount of time has passed.
