[Users] When I do a bulk email fetch, many error messages cause missed fetch

Hi,

When using the Get Mail button in claws mail, with a number (10) of
email addresses to fetch, there are many 'Auth Failed' messages.  There
can also be 'Connection Failed'.  Sometimes it works for all of the
addresses, but it usually doesn't.  When I run it again, immediately,
*different* addresses get the failure messages.  If I do the addresses
individually, it works every time.  Never fails.  I complained to the
ISP, and it improved, but only slightly.  I've tried to find if there
is a setting for response delay, but couldn't find it.  I think it has
to do with this, because when it is run with the group of email
addresses, it runs through them very quickly.  When it is run on an
individual email address, it pauses until it gets a response.

The Fedora maintainer recommended that I post a debug run with the
error here.  claws-mail --debug  > claws_mail_debug.txt
I will attach it.  It is obfuscated to remove identifying
information, but I changed only things that should have no effect.
There are three 'Auth Failed' messages in the run.

The socket I/O timeout for a connection from "Preferences > Other >
Miscellaneous" is 58 seconds.
