In 4dc29628f8545a4dd7ea8ce1e724220b06db0131,
the "Don't popup error dialog on receive error" configuration option
became "Show error dialog on receive error".

But the translation of it stays as
TRANSLATION_OF("Don't popup error dialog on receive error").
At least, in Russian.
