[Users] SMTP error when replying by email to Usenet posts

Last summer replying by email worked fine with Claws Mail and the same
SMTP/NNTP servers. Then I switched to a new PC and set aside Usenet
until now. I'm not sure whether the settings were exactly the same back
then but there aren't many other options.
