Assuming the menu bar had been visible before but is no longer visible for
unknown reasons, starting with an empty clawsrc file would serve as a
wortwhile test to rule out that the clawsrc settings are the culprit.
For instance, only a few lines from that file have been quoted. I cannot
tell whether a second line defines mainwin_menubar=0. Just like it has
happened a hundred times before (with other programs) that I had told users
to quit a program before editing its files, but they've paid attention to
that only some time later after a few more failures. ;-)
