DM: Hi, Paul. 🙂️ I'm wondering if you've tested this? It didn't work
for me when I had the 'Always' box checked (which I'm assuming includes
all the options underneath since they're grayed out), and it also
didn't work for me when I specifically followed your instruction above.
I guess if you're not able to reproduce the specific issue that Jeremy
is facing and that I can also reproduce (in v4.3.0git44), then perhaps
it's another of those strange things associated with GTK3 themes? Not
sure. Anyways, just thought I'd give you a heads-up on this in case
it's helpful for you and Jeremy in trying to sort this out. Cheers,
