[Users] Kubuntu upgrade caused disaster!

We can see from the ubuntu package page that the plugins are packaged and
available to you on your kubuntu installation:

From that same page we can look at the list of files in the packages. You are
using amd64, so the plugins, once installed, will be in
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/claws-mail/plugins/ and when you click the 'Load'
button in Claws Mail on the Plugins window it should/will automatically open
into that directory.

Anyway, this is not a Claws Mail issue, it is all related to your kubuntu
packages and kubuntu installation, and even if we knew what your problem was,
we could not correct it.
