One way would be to set up filters based on the Delivered-To address.
Each address gets filtered into its own folder and those folders can
have their Default From address set to the same address in the Delivered
To: header.

How such a filter would handle messages with more than one Delivered To:
address (such as can occur with mailing lists), IDK.
