It appears that you're upgrading from from gtk2 claws-mail (version 3.x.x) to
gtk3 claws-mail (version 4.x.x). It was stated at the time of the first gtk3
release of claws-mail that all plugins need to be reloaded.

After installing them, simply reload the plugins you want.
