[Users] Kubuntu upgrade caused disaster!

I ran from the terminal and I got a host of messages saying scan not required, foillowed by:

Both folders are links to folders in Dropbox (which means anything deleted is recoverable), but I can't seen anything that looks wrong. There's nothing wrong with the mail so any problem would have to be in ~/.claws-mail. Which files should I be looking for in there?
(One, though not the only, reason I use Ubuntu is that it's the only distro Dropbox supports!)

If upgrading kubuntu has destroyed files in your home directory than that is
some serious kubuntu breakage!
You should have all settings in ~/.claws-mail
If you were using an MH mailbox/pop account, the default location for mail is
~/Mail.
Have a look at those 2 locations, let us know how it goes and what else you
can tell us.
