[Users] Attachments - can the window manger be changed ?

Sorry to going back to the start but:
Using the attachments dialog I'm getting the default GTK3 File Chooser
Dialog and offcause there I can choose which file(s) to attache.
I really do not understand what the tool "Window Manager" is (in this
context).
Sure, drag'n'drop from another window also works but why Peter doesn't
get the normal File Chooser Dialog?

Ha, it seems the file chooser can indeed be configured to various backends!
