[Users] Attachments - can the window manger be changed ?

This is not about the file manager, but how you paste. Using the the context
menu Paste in the area where you write the message  (GTK's text widget) will
just paste the filename/location into the text. Using Ctrl+V to paste will
attach the file, as will using /Edit/Paste.
