[Users] Attachments - can the window manger be changed ?

Hi,

When composing and using the attachmets dialog, it goes and uses some
tool called "Window Manager".  Can that be changed or configured
somehow ?  I use Dolpin and have a number of locations setup, so
obviously would prefer for the attachment dialog to use Dolphin.
