Hi,

I know no way to do this in Claws Mail, but for some windows
manipulation I found Devil's Pie or Devil's Pie 2 is usefull.

Recommended is newer one, look at http://www.nongnu.org/devilspie2/

for sources.

I don't know about ready to use packages for your system, look into
relevant repository.
